The public hearing was called to order by Supervisor Fleming with all Board members present and three visitors in attendance. Following the pledge to the flag, the list compiled from the surveys by the Clerk was reviewed. Several more surveys were submitted at the beginning of the meeting and added to this list. The following roads were recommended for placement on the Five Year Plan from the surveys received and the input at the hearing:

2-Stony Lake Rd. to town corners

2-Stony Lake Rd. from US 31 to S-curves, half way to Stony Lake

1- Scenic Dr. between Stony Lake and Buchanan Rd.

1-Bike path on Webster Rd. and Scenic Dr. to Mears (& actively promote tourism)

4-Repair road from Scenic Dr. at the west end of Stony Lake to the Oval

2-Scenic Dr. from bridge south to the township line

1-Scenic Dr. from Shelby Rd. north to 16th Ave., to Buchanan Rd. east to 32nd Ave.

1-Any unfinished sections of Scenic Dr.

16-Buchanan Rd. west of Scenic Dr. to Stone Church Rd. (Point Rd.) (1-add bike lane)

3-Buchanan Rd. east 18th to 32nd Ave.

2-Buchanan Rd. from Cherry Point to Stone Church Rd.

1-Stone Church Rd. to Point Rd. to S. Glen Rd.

1-28th Ave. from Stone Rd. to Grant Rd; Grant Rd. east to 28th Ave to 40th Ave

1-Finish Stone Rd. from Scenic Dr. to 32nd Ave to the end

1-South 44th Ave.

4-24th Ave. south of Shelby Rd.

5-Grant Rd. from 28th Ave. to 40th Ave.

1-Scenic Dr. from the Ballpark to Lake Michigan Oval beach.

1-Grant Rd. west from 24th Ave. to Scenic Dr.

1-The Lake Michigan Oval parking lot and Garfield Rd.

The meeting continued on to the hearing for the Five Year Plan for Parks and Recreation at 6:35PM.
